1] Applicant and his counsel are absent. On 28.8.2015 when the matter was called, none was present for applicant.

2] It appears that Criminal Application No.2550/2013 was dismissed in default vide order dated 12.3.2015 passed by this Court for the same reason as applicant and his counsel remained absent on various dates. The matter was at the stage of grant of leave to file an appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the trial Court.
