The applicant-State prays to condone the delay of 5 days caused in filing criminal application seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.1.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhusawal in Sessions Case No. 23 of 2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324, 506 r.w. 149 of I.P.C. and under Section 3(i) (x) of the S.C. and S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1988.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay of 5 days is hereby condoned.
