This Contempt Petition is filed for non compliance of the order dated 05.01.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4864 of 2015. The relevant part of the said Order reads as under : "6. The petitioner submits that, the petitioner will file comprehensive representation under the provisions of aforementioned Act to the Director of Education, State of Maharashtra, Pune within three weeks from today. In case, such comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioner, the Director of Education, State of Maharashtra, Pune to decide the said representation, after adhering to the procedure prescribed under the aforesaid Act, and also after issuing notices to all the concern and take final decision on the said application/representation, as expeditiously as possible, however, preferably within six months from filing such representation."

The Party-in-person submits that the said order is not complied.

The learned Addl. G. P. appearing for the State invites our attention to the Affidavit-in-reply of the Respondent No.5 and copy of the order annexed with the affidavit dated 28.11.2024 which is the decision taken by the Director of Education, (Secondary and Higher Secondary) Maharashtra State, Pune. She submits that the order has been complied.

We have gone through the said order dated 28.11.2024. It is clear that the same is passed in pursuance to the order passed by this Court. As it is clear that the order of this Court is complied and hence, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
