ORAL ORDER :

All these applications have been filed for getting the delay of
CA 8218-2018 1165 days condoned in filing first appeals.
2.
The applicants intend to challenge the Judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court.

Heard learned advocate Mr. S. G. Karlekar and learned advocate Mr. L. C. Patil for respondent. Respondents in all the three applications have strong objection to allow the applications. It has been stated that, the delay of each and every day has not been explained properly.

Though no details have been given in the application, yet taking into consideration the fact that the applicants were required to obtain permissions and sanctions; taking liberal view, the delay stand condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of. 5.
Registry to verify and register the appeals.

Learned advocate Mr. Karlekar makes a statement that the amount as directed to be deposited in view of the order passed on stay application, would be made available within a period of four weeks and he would pursue for the same.
