Though we do not find any attempt by the Bank in prolonging the enquiry, it would be in the interest of the Petitioner that the enquiry is concluded by following the due procedure of law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, expeditiously, provided that the Petitioner renders wholehearted cooperation.
