The petitioner is seeking compassionate appointment with the respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad.

We have heard both the sides and perused the affidavit-in-reply. It appears that due to the objection of the respondent No.3 who happens to be her mother-in-law, the petitioner was not getting the appointment and even the respondent No.2 was unable to process it. 3.

905.WP.6915.22.odt the bar a copy of the application along with a notarized consent deed dated 23.01.2023, whereby, the respondent No.3 and the petitioner's sister-in-law Sunita Bhaskar Gholap have in writing consented to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

In view of such event, we see no impediment for the respondent No.2 to process the request of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. 5.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application for compassionate appointment on its own merits and by taking into consideration the consent being given by the respondent No.3 and sister-inlaw of the petitioner. The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks.
