In view of the above and for the reasons stated in Civil Application No. 5177 of 2020, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly. 3.

So far as Civil Application No. 5178 of 2020 is concerned, this Court (Coram : V. L. Achliya, J.) has passed an interim order in terms prayer clause "C" subject to deposit of amount in terms of the award within eight weeks. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of compensation through cheque in the office within two days. Office to accept the same.
