Present application has been filed for getting delay of (206) days condoned in filing Second Appeal.

It has been submitted on behalf of the applicant that the learned First Appellate Court has pronounced the Judgment and order on 15.06.2018 and the applicant received the certified copies of Judgment and order on 19.07.2018. It is submitted that applicant is illiterate and has no knowledge about legal proceedings. So also, due to ill health of his mother the applicant could not approach this Court within time. It is submitted that the subject matter of the appeal is immovable property and the valuable rights of the

CA_8596_2020 applicant are involved in the present appeal, therefore, prayed that the delay caused in filing Second Appeal be condoned.

Taking into consideration the submission of the learned Advocate for the applicant and the reasons mentioned, taking liberal view, the delay stands condoned.
