Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the informant.

The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.174 of 2023, registered with Police Station Parner, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 452 of the IPC.

3. It was a case of affair between the applicant and the wife of the informant/injured. A statement has been made that the injured has been discharged and nothing is to be recovered

922-BA.768-23.odt from the applicant. The affidavit filed by the injured reveals that the dispute is amicably settled between them and they have restored their cordial relations. In view of that matter, further detention of the applicant would serve no purpose. Therefore, he deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant KANTILAL DINKAR ZAWARE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.174 of 2023, registered with Police Station Parner, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506, 452 of the IPC, on the following condition :

(a) The applicant shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.

(iii) Criminal application No.1961 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
