The applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.342 of 2022 registered with Nanalpeth Police Station, District Parbhani for the offence punishable under Section 364-A, 323 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicant is entitled to parity. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Ganpatrao @ Gamfu (Gampu) Rama Jadhav, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in

(iii) The applicant shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.
