Applicant appearing in person states that respondents no. 2 and 4 to 6 are only formal parties before this court being parties before family court and are unlikely to be interested in subject-matter of dispute. He refers to bailiff's report and submits that said respondents being not interested would be substantiated and submits, therefore, in stead of whiling away time, those may be allowed to be served through paper publication.

Learned counsel Mr Bhumkar appearing on behalf of respondent no. 1 has not particular submissions to be advanced on aforesaid.

In the light of above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) and is disposed of at the risk and peril of applicant.
