The challenge in this petition is to order dated 05th March, 2020 passed below Exhibit 30 in R.C.C. No. 48 of 2013. Vide the impugned order, the application moved by the respondent - complainant to refer the concerned documents to handwriting expert has been allowed. The petitioners herein are the accused in the case before the trial Court. They are alleged to have forged the sale-deed dated 04th May, 1990. 3.
Gone through the order impugned herein. The trial Court has passed a well reasoned order. Report of the handwriting expert may even be 1 / 2
19-WP-892-20.odt helpful of the petitioners herein to prove their innocence, if any. Since the trial Court has passed the order with sound reason, this Court finds no reason to even issue notice in this petition.
