The petitioner seeks a direction against respondents No.2 to 4 to decide his application dated 14.03.2024, for giving possession of plot No.130 of village Deoli, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, to him.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel on behalf of third party states that the suit plot is in his possession. After filing this petition, he raised objection before respondent No.3.

In view of the facts of the case, the writ petition is allowed by directing the respondents/authorities to decide representation/ application dated 14.03.2024 along with the objection of third party, if any, opposing the application of the petitioner, within four weeks from today.
