The learned Counsel Mr. Arora appearing for the applicants prays for interim relief order. Mr. Arora, on instructions, submits that if interim relief is not granted, certain steps would be taken in view of an attachment proceeding initiated, and if interim relief is not passed, the same would cause serious prejudice to the applicants/appellants and the purpose of approaching this Court would be frustrated. The learned Counsel submits

{2} 902CA7789-18 that an amount of Rs. 2,53,62,675/- is awarded as the principal amount for the compensation against the acquisition of land to the claimants. In view of the submissions of the learned Counsel, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to the applicants depositing an amount of Rs. 2,53,62,675/- in this Court within six weeks from today.
