Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

In similarly situated matters, this Court allowed to withdraw 75% amount. Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications, the applications are allowed subject to the following order :

ORDER

a) The applications are allowed.

b) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with this Court along with proportionate interest accrued on it till date, on undertaking that they would redeposit the money in this Court within one month, if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.

c) The balance amount be invested in the Fixed Deposits, with any nationalized bank as per rules.
