CORAM : N.W. SAMBRE, J.

DATE : 10th JUNE, 2016 ORAL ORDER :

The fact remains that against the order of conviction, Criminal Revision Application No. 208 of 2015 was withdrawn. Thereafter, the applicant-accused, who is convicted has changed his mind and intend to pursue revision and as such, fresh revision. 2.

I am afraid, said revision, in my opinion, cannot be entertained in view of withdrawal of earlier revision without any liberty. However, having regard to the fact that the matter pertains to

Learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes that no further extension of bail will be sought in the matter and immediate appropriate steps will be taken for initiating proceedings before the Apex Court.

4.

Both the applications stand disposed of in above terms. [ N.W. SAMBRE, J. ] Tupe/10.06.16
