1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant. He prayed for early hearing of the appeal. According to learned counsel, the applicant/appellant is convicted under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 and he is not keeping good health. He is suffering from heart disease. He is also terminated from service. Hence,there is a financial crisis in his family. Therefore, he prayed for expeditious hearing of the appeal.
