The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Deputy Director of Education, Pune for up gradation as an Assistant Teacher. The said appeal is filed in August, 2016. 2.

Mr. Yawalkar the learned Addl. G.P. for Respondents No. 1, 2 and 3 submits that in case the said appeal is pending, the Deputy Director of

( 2 ) wp 5895.17 Education would decide the same in accordance with law. 3.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner (Exh. 'G') is pending with Respondent No. 2, then the Respondent No. 2 shall decide it in accordance with law after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within 6 months from today.
