Mr Tandale, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, as per the order passed by this Court on 16.04.2016, the applicant has moved this application to implead the victim as a party-respondent No. 2. In view of the leave already granted by the Court vide order dt. 16.04.2016, the applicant could have made the victim as party-respondent No. 2.
