By way of present petition, the petitioner challenges the order dated 29.04.2022 passed below Exhibit-18 by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division in R.C.S. No.181 of 2022, whereby the learned Civil Judge Senior Division was pleased to pass an order thereby appointing the Court Commissioner for filing factual report as to possession and crop entries of agricultural land bearing gut no. 26/2, area 1H 9R + non cultivated land OH 12R, accessed at 01 Rs. 12 Paise, which is bounded by agricultural land of gut no. 26/1/A, towards East towards West agricultural land of gut no. 26/18B, towards South agricultural land of gut no. 33 and road, towards North - agricultural land of gut no. 18, situated at mouje Hoddane, Tal. Sakri, Dist. Dhule.

This Court vide its order dated 21.06.2022 stayed the order passed by the learned Trial Court. In fact, in view of the fact and position of 2022 is not supposed to be considered for this year. Therefore, in view of the interim order passed by this Court, nothing survives in the present petition.
