In view of provisions of Section 4 of the Probation of Offences Act, after his release, the appellant No.1 shall execute bond of good behavior before Probation Officer, within a period of

The son of the appellant No. 1-Pandu, namely Digambar, who is personally present in the Court undertakes that he shall execute surety bond for an amount of Rs.25,000/- before the Probation Officer within one week.
