2] The petitioners are aggrieved by an ad-interim order passed by the Industrial Court thereby directing the petitioner to provide work to the complainants and pay to them daily wages. Since the substantive matter in the form of complaint is still to be heard and decided, it would be appropriate that the same arrangement, as is there pursuant to the order under challenge, can continue till the decision of the main proceeding and the Industrial Court can be directed to decide the complaints as early as possible. Such being the proposal on behalf of both the sides, the Writ Petition is disposed of with following directions :

956-wp2231-21.odt I] The interim order dated 6/12/2019 in Application (Exh.4) and 18/3/21 in Application (Exh.5) under challenge shall continue to have effect till decision of the complaint. II] The Industrial Court shall now make every endeavour to decide the complaint as early as possible and in any event within a period of 6 months.
