The matter can be disposed of, as the petitioner sought directions against respondent No.2 - Committee to decide her tribe claim. Though it appears that the tribe claim is pending with the Committee for adjudication since 20.12.2018 and even after filing this petition in 2021, respondent No.2 - Committee appears to have not acted swiftly, however, now, the learned AGP after taking instructions submits that the Committee would take certain

WP_6845_2021 time to decide the matter as the matter is pending for vigilance cell inquiry. Taking into consideration the stage at which the claim before respondent No.2 is, it would be just and proper to direct respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within four months from today.
