By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dt.24.03.2017 passed by the Additional Collector, Nanded, whereby she was held to be disqualified for the remainder of the term of Sarpanch, which she was holding since her election as Sarpanch on 17.12.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, she has not received any further instructions from the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present writ petition

In the light of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
