The learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to deposit the deficit court fees of Rs. 250/- or or before 10th September, 2020.

The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 claim to be the teachers in permanent service of petitioner No. 3 - Institution. They have put forth prayer clause (B) and (C) which read as under :- "...(B) To writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent No. 2 may kindly be directed to pay the salary of petitioner No. 1 and 2.

2 923-WP-5870-2020 (C) To writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction in the like nature, the respondent no. 2 may kindly be directed not to hold the salary of the petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 without any justifiable reasons...." 3.

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that respondent No. 2 would consider the issue and accordingly, an order would be passed on its own merits so as to do away with the injustice caused to petitioner Nos. 1 and 2. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to cause a hearing on the grievance of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 11th September, 2020.
