It is submitted that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of petitioner No. 2 is pending since the year 2014. The vigilance is also conducted. The petitioners have filed reply to the vigilance report. The tribe claim of petitioner No. 1 i.e. real brother of petitioner No. 2 is pending since December, 2020. The petitioner No. 2 has to appear for NEET examination and is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course.

Considering the fact that petitioner No. 1 is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course and that in the case of the real brother of petitioner No. 1 i.e. petitioner No. 2, the vigilance is also

930WP6632.21.odt conducted, we direct the respondents to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably before end of August, 2021. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 24.06.2021. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
