We have heard Mr. Gore, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned AGP on instructions of the respondents submits that now the date has been preponed and the matter is kept before the Revisional Authority on 25th June, 2021. The notices are also issued to the respondents therein and the matter would be decided as expeditiously as possible and the authority would endeavour to decide the stay petition first.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
