When the contempt petition was filed, according to the petitioner, the dues were Rs. 13,06,623/-. On 28.04.2025, petitioner is paid an amount of Rs. 6,06,547/-. As on date, dues of the petitioner are Rs. 6,13,017/-.

2.

Respondent/Liquidator has filed an affidavit stating that in terms of the order passed by this Court the petitioner will be paid her dues on pro rata basis as and when the funds are available.
