The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, application/representation has been given by the villagers for starting the fair price shop at village Pimpladevi. 2.

Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain merits of the matter. The respondent authorities shall take decision on the application/representation of the villagers (Exhibit - E) on its own merits, in accordance with law and the policy expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today.
