It is pointed out that in a co-ordinate proceeding concerning the same RCS No.98 of 2013, this Court has passed an order on 16.8.2019 in Writ Petition No.9318 of 2019, vide which, the suit has been expedited to be decided on/or before 31.3.2020. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off and the parties would cooperate with the trial Court for the expeditious disposal of this petition.
