The contention of the petitioner is that in view of the change in alignment of the Samrudhi Mahamarg his land is affected and he is as such entitled for the compensation. According to him, he has made representations from 29th September, 2020 till 10th October, 2021. The request is made to decide the said representations in accordance with law. 2.

Considering the nature of the claim made in the petition and the representations, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents-authorities to decide the claim of the petitioner as reflected in the aforesaid representations expeditiously in accordance with law.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
