The petitioners claim that, their 18 acres land has been acquired and they have been only paid compensation for 10 acres of land. 2.

The respondents/State has filed affidavit clarifying that the compensation has been paid for 18 Acres 20 Guntha land. The break up of compensation is also given in the affidavit and more particularly at page No. 55.

In the light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
