PER COURT :- 1.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that salaries are not received from December, 2014. 2.

Mr. Patil, learned AGP submits that, salaries of the teachers of Secondary section has been paid up to April, 2015 and the salaries of the teachers of Primary Section has been paid up to December, 2014. Payment of salaries, arrears are under process and the same would be paid within four weeks from today. Said statement is made by learned AGP on instructions of the Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare Officer.

We accept said statement made that arrears outstanding would be paid within four weeks from today. Communication received by the learned AGP is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that future salaries be directed to be paid regularly. Learned AGP submits that, now grants are released and as such further salaries would be paid on release of grants.

In light of the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of.
