In view of the order passed in Interim Application No. 8414 of 2025 in Writ Petition No. 6993 of 2023 at Principal Seat and the order dated 19.05.2025 and 29.05.2025 delivered at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition (St.) No. 16116 of 2025 with connected matters and Writ Petition (St.) No. 16210 of 2025 respectively, we deem it appropriate to permit petitioner to submit the online application for departmental examination for the post of Mukhya Sevika / Supervisor.
