The petitioner claimed to have belonged to 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe. His tribe certificate has been refused to be validated by the respondent/Scrutiny Committee, he is therefore before us in this petition.

The fact is that this Court vide its orders dated 25.08.2023 in Writ Petition No.10515 of 2023, dated 28.11.2023 in Writ Petition No.13932 of 2023, dated 20.09.2024 in Writ Petition No.10335 of 2024, and dated 10.01.2025 in Writ Petition No.11784 of 2024 respectively, had directed the Scrutiny Committee to grant the petitioners therein validity certificates of tribe 'Naikda'. Admittedly, those petitioners are the blood relatives of the petitioner before us. In view of the same, the petitioner is entitled to similar treatment.

In result, the petition succeeds. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(i) The writ petition is partly allowed.
(ii) The impugned judgment and order dated 24.04.2025 passed by respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee is quashed and set aside. (iii) Respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Naikda' Scheduled Tribe in the prescribed proforma.
(iv) The validity certificate of the petitioner shall be co-terminus with the validity certificates of the blood relatives of the petitioner who are facing reverification.
(v) The petitioner shall not claim any equity.
