The grievance of the petitioner is that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. The petitioner is a student and she desires to pursue further education. The learned Counsel submits that, the respondent no.2 - Committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In case the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. Gajanan
