This application is filed for recalling the order dated 18th April, 2017 in Criminal Application No. 3944 of 2016. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed subject to depositing costs of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One thousand) by advocate of the applicants in the Registry of this Court on or before 3rd May, 2017. We make it clear that, this order will take effect only after depositing costs amount of Rs. 1000/-(Rupees One thousand) on or before 3rd May, 2017.
