Perused the communication by learned 16th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ahmednagar for extension of time for the disposal of case bearing R.C.C. No.57 of 2017.

Perusal of the record would show that already once the time was extended by six months that means this is for the second time. It is stated that uptil now, 19 witnesses have been examined. The letter is not happily worded so also it does not give an indication as to how many witnesses the prosecution intends to examine. Further it appears that on the same day, two communications have been given i.e. outward no.48 of 2021 and 49 of 2021. Learned Judge is therefore directed to expedite the matter with proper speed since from today itself there would be regular functioning in the subordinate Courts. Time to dispose of R.C.C. No.57 of 2017 is
