Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate undertakes to appear before the trial Court on 25th June, 2021 in the suit. 5.

The trial Court is requested to prepone the suits to 25th June, 2021 and then proceed with the matter and decide the interim application, preferably by 15th July, 2021.
