Heard learned Counsel for the applicant. None present for the acquiring body. Learned A.G.P. has submitted that 50 per cent of the deposited amount may be permitted to be withdrawn. 2.

Learned Counsel for the applicant brought to my notice that the acquiring body has not deposited the entire amount of compensation as per the award but has deposited only 50 per cent of the said amount. Though exact calculations are not available before this Court, there is reason to believe that the amount as has been deposited by the acquiring body is not in full compliance of the award passed. Considering the grounds of objections raised in the memo of appeal, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order:
