This Application has been filed by the Applicant/Respondent No.1 in the Writ Petition, under an apprehension that the Executing Court will not proceed with the pending proceeding. We have perused the order dated 24th August, 2023, passed by this Court (Coram: Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, CJ. & Arun R. Pednekar, J.) in Writ Petition No.10528 of 2023, filed by the Public Works Department, Jalgaon. No interim relief has been granted to the Public Works Department.
