We have heard Shri. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Bangar, learned counsel appears for the respondent and submits that he has oral instructions to make a statement that the interview of the petitioner is scheduled on 22nd September, 2021.

In view of the statement made the grievance of the petitioner at present may not subsist.
