Both these applications are filed by respective claimants for vacating the interim relief.

Learned A.G.P. submits that, the appellant - acquiring body has already demanded the remaining amount of compensation as per order dated 13th March, 2023 for depositing in this Court. However, the grant is still awaited. 3.

However, by order dated 13th March, 2023 it is already specified by this Court that, if the acquiring body fails to Pooja K.

27 CA-5393-2021 deposit the 35% of the amounts of compensation, the interim relief would be vacated.

Thus, on non-fulfillment of the direction given in the aforesaid order dated 13th March, 2023, the interim relief granted in favour of the appellant - acquiring body in both these matters stands vacated.
