The First Civil Application No.8064/2024, is filed for seeking direction in the Writ Petition. The second Civil Application No.8065/2024, is filed for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Original Claimant Arun Dattatraya Chavan, on record.

The learned A.G.P. points out that the Writ Petition has already been dismissed.

In view of the above, both these Civil Applications stand disposed off. Needless to state that, if the Writ Petition is restored by this Court, the Applicants herein would be at liberty to file their Civil Applications, afresh.
