Mr. Khade, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was asked to leave the recruit training centre, as the criminal case was filed against the petitioner and other accused. The other accused and the petitioner are acquitted and the FIR is quashed. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner would be considered on merit within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
