Heard. Perused the impugned award.

Learned A.G.P. objects to permit withdrawal of amount. He further makes a statement that entire amount under the impugned award will be deposited within twelve weeks.

Only 40% of the amount under the impugned award has been deposited. The same is due to the applicants/claimants. Same be paid to them alongwith interest accrued thereon as against undertaking to be submitted to the satisfaction of the reference Court. Once the documents are submitted, same be transmitted to the registry of this Court immediately. Civil applications stand disposed of accordingly. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) SSD 2 / 2
