1. The petitioner claims to be a feeding mother and is seeking a favourable posting. Her representation addressed to the respondent no.2/Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar dated 23.02.2023 is pending with him.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if this representation is considered and decided.

The learned Advocate for the respondent no.2/CEO submits that the petitioner is requesting for intra district transfer. The guidelines issued by the State Government vide communication dated 16.11.2017 are applicable only to inter district transfers. The petitioner can resort to the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, which lays down the modalities regarding the grievances in respect of the transfers and providing for the mechanism for its redressal. He submits that the respondent no.2/CEO would take appropriate decision on the petitioner'

s representation dated 23.02.2023.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2/ CEO to pass appropriate order/take suitable decision on the petitioner's representation (Exhibit-G) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks.
