Writ Petition was dismissed for default. Civil Application has been filed within limitation.

In view of the above, for the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed.

All office objections, including objection of the Notary having not signed below the verification clause, shall be removed on or before 28th June, 2024, failing which, this order shall stand recalled. 4.

Since the verification is a part of the Court file, the Notary Shri Vilas Devidasrao Kadam shall appear before the Registrar (Judicial) and sign on the verification.
