On the previous date of hearing an order was passed whereby copy of the forensic report was directed to be given to accused. As regards panchanama dated 15.07.2014 as referred in Exh.352 is concerned, learned counsel appearing for CBI states that CBI does not rely upon the said panchanama. He however makes statement that the said document is available on record. Irrespective of the fact that the CBI relies upon the said document or not, it is the right of accused to get the copy of such panchanama. Hence, the CBI is directed to provide copy of the panchanama dated 15.07.2014. 1/2

Considering stage of proceeding, copy of panchanama and report be provided to accused within two days. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners makes statement that in view of the orders passed on 17.07.2023 and today nothing survives in the petition and the same be disposed of.
