DATE : MARCH 22, 2019 PER COURT Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders across the Bar, a copy of the communication addressed to him by the petitioner - College dated 22.03.2019, which, according to learned Counsel, takes care of the students enrolled by the petitioner - College in the relevant years. He states that though this Court vide order dated 15.04.2015, had rejected the prayer of the petitioner for withdrawal of the petition, in view of the above-referred communication, the interest of the students of the petitioner - College also stands worked out and taken care of. Learned Counsel prays that the petition may be allowed to be withdrawn.

Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents do not dispute the statement made by learned Counsel for the petitioner. They do not object to withdrawal of the petition. 3.
In view of the statement made by learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and while there is a communication from the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition, we deem it appropriate to grant leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
